Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Missed the 14-day window? If 14 days have passed but your item is still in brand-new, unused condition with its original packaging, please contact our support team. We may still be able to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
How to Start a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@nordicbbqstore.com.

Damages and Issues
- Our Error: If we send the wrong order or if the item is defective/damaged, we will provide a free return or send a replacement at no extra cost, depending on your preference.
- Customer Error: If you accidentally order the wrong parts, you are responsible for shipping the package back to us. However, if you find shipping labels to be too expensive, you can purchase a return shipping label from us at our discounted business rate.
It is highly recommended to contact our customer support via our website's support chat or at info@nordicbbqstore.com to help you find the correct parts or clear any queries rather than buying the wrong parts if you are unsure.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
